European buying is changing
The historic low-cost source has gone
EU anti-dumping duties of up to 86.8% on Chinese hardwood plywood have moved buyers to other origins.
Vietnam is the main alternative
Vietnamese plywood can enter the EU at 0% duty under the EU–Vietnam Free Trade Agreement, with proof of origin.
Regulation sets the bar
Many traders will not carry EUDR operator liability or build the due diligence systems it requires. We have.
Compliance
Documents your compliance officer can accept
New EU rules make supply chain data and proof of origin part of buying timber. We hold FSC Chain of Custody certification and run a documented EUDR due diligence system with plantation-level geolocation.
